Knowing the county is part of the specification
Snow load, frost depth and building code all change across our service area, and Berkshire County is not the same problem as the county next to it. Footing depth, roof structure, fastener pattern and snow retention are decided by where a building actually sits, not by a standard applied everywhere.
The permitting matters too. Massachusetts sets the code, but the town enforces it, and what each building department wants to see differs. We handle the permit and the inspections as part of the job.
